Dispute resolution

However, the consumer-customer may bring the dispute before the general lower court or the consumer dispute panel in his place of residence. Ordering a product

The customer should carefully read the product information before ordering. All product information can be found in the online shop on the product's product card.

A binding order is created when the customer submits an order in the online shop. The customer is advised to check the contents of his order carefully before confirming the order, accepting the terms and conditions and paying. The customer understands and accepts that the order is subject to a payment obligation. will send the customer an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the customer. The order will be paid in full at the end of the ordering process using the available payment methods. Once the payment transaction has been approved, the customer's order is sent from the online shop to the processing stage. In the case of a pre-sale product, the delivery date may be several months after the order is placed. The estimated delivery date for a pre-sale product is indicated on the product card.

Inspection of products, complaints and liability for defects and warranty

Product inspection and transport damage

Once the customer has received the delivery, he/she must check without delay that the products delivered are intact and otherwise free of defects. If the goods are delivered directly to the customer by the carrier, it is advisable to be at home when the goods arrive. The customer should check on receipt of the goods that the delivery is in conformity with the accompanying transport document (consignment note/shipping note) and is undamaged.

If the customer discovers damage in transit, he/she must make a note of this in the transport document. In the absence of any entry in the transport document, the responsibility for defects which are already apparent at the time of delivery remains with the customer. Complaints and liability

The warranty of products is stated in the product information. Any warranty on the products is determined by the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer. The customer is obliged to read the warranty conditions supplied with the product before using the product. The warranty conditions can be found in the user manual, on a separate warranty form or on the web address provided by the manufacturer. Showers are guaranteed for 2 years.

The product information indicates the possible warranty period of the product. For products ordered from, the warranty certificate is the order confirmation received with the order. The customer must keep the warranty certificate for the entire warranty period.

Return of the order and refund

The conditions set out in this section apply only to consumer customers. Business customers are not entitled to a refund.

Right of return (right of withdrawal)

Under the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer customer has the right to cancel an order placed in an online shop or sales service without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product (or the last batch of products in the case of orders delivered in several instalments), i.e. the right of return.

Once the customer has received the product, he must keep it unchanged until he has decided to keep it. products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Returns can only be considered if the product is resaleable and free of defects. If the returned product has been used, has the right to charge a 25% discount. The returned product must be accompanied by all parts, accessories and instructions for use. The labels and other markings on the products must be intact and in place. All trade wrappings accompanying the returned product must also be returned.

If the size of the item to be returned does not exceed 60 x 60 x 100 cm and weighs less than 25 kg, it can be returned via Matkahuolto or Post. The customer must request and keep the return receipt and tracking number. If the returned item is lost in transit and there is no receipt, the customer is responsible for the loss.

Failure to collect or refusal to accept the product does not cancel the order or imply the exercise of the right of return. Any return costs of €7.5 incurred as a result of non-collection will be charged to the customer. Restrictions on the right of return
