The high torque, high performance, two-speed "20V Max" 3080 cordless drill is part of the SKIL "brushless XP" range of tools. The "XP" tools offer superior performance and durability thanks to their premium technical features and advanced digital brushless motors. Like all other SKIL "20V Max" battery tools, this model is powered by industry-leading, advanced "PWRCORE 20™" battery and charger technology. The carbon-free SKIL 3080 is an excellent tool for both demanding screwdriving jobs and for drilling large holes quickly. The digital brushless motor is more powerful and efficient and offers ten times longer life than a brushless motor. Intelligent anti-kickback brake technology improves operator safety by shutting down the tool in the event of a jamming of the operating tool to prevent kickback. The tool has two gears and 23+1 torque settings for precise drilling and screwing results. The 3080 has an all-metal 13 mm quick-release socket, which ensures a very firm grip on the tool. An advanced LED work light with flashlight setting ensures excellent visibility of the workpiece. Automatic karabiner for easy accessory replacement. This versatile tool offers once and for all superior performance: reliable lithium-ion battery technology, adjustable speed for excellent control and a cushioned handle for comfortable working.
