The extremely compact and lightweight knob handle ensures optimum control and steering, which is particularly advantageous when sawing in an upside-down position. The carbon brushless motor is more powerful and efficient and offers ten times longer life than a carbon brush motor. Good visibility of the workpiece is guaranteed thanks to the unique "360° LED" light, which illuminates the sawing line without shadows. Thanks to the pre-selectable speed adjustment, this jigsaw guarantees excellent results for sawing a wide range of materials. This jigsaw also has a special "Auto Speed" setting to ensure a precisely controlled start-up. The tool accelerates to maximum speed automatically and only after the start of the sawing operation. Thanks to the blade removal function, you don't have to touch the hot blade when changing it. The electric brake improves comfort of use and working speed. The highly durable aluminium base plate is easy to adjust for bevel cuts. The standard equipment of the SKIL 3440 CA includes one saw blade for wood, one saw blade for metal, one saw blade for curved sawing and a vacuum cleaner adapter. Battery and charger not included.
