A 40 V (2×20 V) battery-powered mower with a carbon-free motor that delivers the power of a petrol engine with the advantages of a battery-powered mower. It is quiet, virtually maintenance-free, emission-free and lightweight to operate. Ideal for cutting both small and large lawns (600 m2, 2×4.0 Ah).
With a cutting width of 43 cm and a carbon brushless engine that is faster, more powerful and up to ten times longer lasting than the corresponding carbon brush engine, the mower can cut large areas of grass efficiently.
The mower is equipped with the SKIL "Grass Guide" for efficient cutting of grass near walls and edges.
The cutting height of the mower is easily adjustable according to the length of the grass. The SKIL 0140 offers six different cutting heights between 25 and 75 mm. The cutting height is adjusted by means of a handy central handle.
Thanks to the unique SKIL "Easy Storage" feature, the tool requires little storage space. The cutter's fence can be folded into a pile, allowing the cutter to fit into a small space in the warehouse, either vertically or horizontally.
The kit contains two 20 V 4.0 Ah Keep Cool™ lithium-ion batteries and two 20 V 2.0 Ah Keep Cool™ lithium-ion batteries, plus two chargers. The patented Keep Cool™ feature of the batteries extends the life and lifetime of the batteries. The patented battery charge status indicator conveniently displays the battery charge status.
The product is guaranteed for 5 years, batteries and chargers for 3 years, without registration. The product is part of the SKIL Energy Platform product family, where one battery fits all tools and chargers.
